PARQ on Speer
Parq on Speer is a new mixed-use, urban residential development in the Golden Triangle neighborhood just outside of uptown Denver. The 16-story project includes 302 units, with 12,538 SF of retail at the street level anchored by an urban grocer and coffee shop at one corner and a restaurant at the other. The development is an elevated take on upscale urban living, with an extensive amenity level that features a Club Room, Aqua Lounge, Fitness Center, Dog Park, Community Room, WiFi Lounge and Morning Room, all culminating in a 14,275 SF deck whose pool offers spectacular views of the Rockies beyond.

National Jewish Hospital
The Center for Outpatient Health provides a new grand entrance to National Jewish Health, the nation's leading respiratory hospital. The new Center is designed to help serve increasing numbers of children and adults, while also enabling expanded space for research and education. The project scope included the new facility, parking garage and sky bridge connecting to the main hospital. The five-story Center will house six outpatient clinics, including 110 exam and treatment rooms, with areas dedicated for children and adults.

The Fitzgerald
Located at the intersection of Denver’s Lower Downtown and Central Business District, The Fitzgerald was designed as a gateway between the low-lying historic warehouses of LoDo and the towering height of nearby contemporary office buildings. The 11-story structure spans the length of Market Street between 18th and 19th, containing 282 residences with a street-level lobby and leasing office, six walk-ups, two retail spaces and a bike shop.

Monarch Resort
Experience a whole new way to stay, play, taste, and escape only 45-minutes from downtown Denver.
